Dough

Cut butter into flour and then add the egg yolk and sour cream. |

Mix thoroughly and shape into a disc. |

Sprinkle dough disc with flour and wrap in wax paper. |

Chill several hours or overnight. |
Filling

Mix together sugar, pecans, and cinnamon. Set aside. |
Forming Cookies

|
Sprinkle a board with flour. |
|
Remove dough from refrigerator and and divide into six equal parts. |
|
Roll dough out on the board, one part at a time, making a large circle about 1/8 inch thick. |
|
Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of the filling on the rolled dough circle. |
|
Cut the circle in about 10 equal wedges. |
|
Roll each wedge, starting at the widest end and place on cookie sheet. |
Baking
|
|
Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until light brown. |
|
Cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered confectioners sugar. |
